Anybody familiar with the Glenn era Misfits (1977-1983) is probably aware that several album releases filled the band’s discography. Even as late as 2001, re-releases, re-masters, collection compilations, alternate takes, and a 4-disc box set have been made available for purchase, leaving up to 5 different versions for some of their songs. Currently there is no existing collection where you can have every Misfits track together and without repeated versions so I decided to make one myself.
I listened through everything many times and handpicked what I believed to be the best version of each song. Picking tracks individually from different releases like this meant unequal volume levels, so I ran them all through a program that normalized the songs to the same volume and they also have been converted to the highest quality mp3 (CBR 320kbps, Stereo).
I think I’ve created the best Misfits collection including all 55 songs. No repeats. It’s available for download above, just click the skull.
A few years ago I became aware of these mysteriously insightful clips that were circulating on YouTube. This guy named Jonathan had posted hours of spoken word on his channel, talking everything from the basics of reality to the consciousness of love. I would revisit these clips periodically and would hear his words, but would miss the message completely.
Eventually things started to click while listening and I began to integrate the knowledge in a multilayered sort of way, as if the information he was speaking I already knew and had simply forgotten. Being the research fanatic/internet junkie that I am, countless hours have been spent sifting through the cesspool of information out there trying to find some answers in this insane reality.
I familiarized myself with all sorts of alternative information, self-help guides, message boards/forums, spiritual gurus, “truth seekers” such as Alex Jones, David Icke, Jordan Maxwell, Michael Tsarion, to name a few. I have to say that the information and lessons that I’ve absorbed from Jonathan’s teachings have fulfilled me in a way much more sustaining then any of those.
Jonathan really seems to have reconnected to the creative energy that animates all of us, serving as a conduit to remind us of what we never had to learn.
I took it upon myself to rip everything adampants related I could find on YouTube, converting the tracks to mp3 format, normalizing the audio, adding tags, etc. and made the archive available for download at the above link. Approx. 13 hours.Use discernment and enjoy.
